Exchange of In-Store and Online Purchases
We gladly accept EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE by visiting Muse Intimates.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card when the merchandise is returned or received by the Muse Intimates team.
Original/gift receipt must be provided, and merchandise must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED, be free of stains or odors, and in new/original condition.
Clearance/sale items, gift cards, worn and/or washed items, Nubra, Lelo/personal items, panties, swimwear, hosiery and special orders are FINAL SALE.
A Return Authorization is required for exchange of all online purchases mailed to Muse Intimates. Return Authorization requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information for any items being shipped to Muse Intimates.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and any items sent to Muse Intimates that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.
Muse Intimates does not offer refunds.
All Gift Cards – purchase or store credit – EXPIRE 5 YEARS AFTER DATE OF ISSUE.
All medical items billed to insurance are warranted in compliance with Medicare and/or manufacturer guidelines. EXCHANGE OF ITEMS BILLED TO INSURANCE MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE.
Exchange of Holiday Gifts
For holiday gifts, returns and Return Authorization requests will be accepted on or before January 8 of the new year for exchange or store credit. Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card.
Many of our manufacturers are based in Europe. Average wait for ALL SPECIAL ORDERS is 6-8 weeks.
